Job Title: Hawk-Eye Operator - Louisville
Reports To: Minor League Video Coordinator

FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Term: 2025 Minor League Season

Job Purpose: The Cincinnati Reds are hiring an individual to operate Hawk-Eye in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for tracking Louisville Bats home games using the Hawk-Eye ball and player tracking technology. This position does not travel with the team and will only work home games in Louisville, KY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be available to arrive at ballpark 2 hours before each home game.
  • Operate Hawk-Eye system during all home games.
  • Post-game review, link, and upload game data.
  • Process and upload Hawk-Eye data after each game.
  • Communicate any hardware/software issues with Reds and Hawk-Eye staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of baseball.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Ability to identify pitch types.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and operate new technology.

Requirements:

  • Available to work all home games, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Please Note:

  • This is a seasonal opportunity, and no benefits or relocation will be provided.
  • Hawk-Eye Operators can expect to work an average of around 30 hours per week when the team is at home.
