Job Title: Fundraising Events Coordinator
Department: Reds Community Fund
Reports To: Director of Finance and Administration, Reds Community Fund
FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Job Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day operations of all Reds Community Fund fundraising events, responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating all aspects of each established event. Duties also include coordinating sales of all in-game scoreboard messages, serving as a corporate partner liaison, management/recruitment of all fundraising event volunteers as well as managing department pregame activities as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; occasional lifting, pulling are necessary.
Work Environment:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment however employee may have “game-day” responsibilities where the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
