Job Title: Consumer Clubs Manager
Department: Communications & Marketing
Reports To: Senior Manager of Consumer Insights
FLSA: Salary, Exempt

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing and leading all aspects of the Reds Consumer Clubs programs (Reds Rookies and Reds Heads Kids Club), including managing the P/L, operating all aspects of the clubs and proactively looking for new ways to drive membership and engagement, which includes hitting membership activation and ticket sales goals. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience managing a business along with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of being able to operate events with excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual membership sales, retention, and activation goals for Reds Consumer Clubs
  • Develop KPIs for each club. Increase Renewal Rate, Activation percentage, Membership Engagement Rates, Number of Members and tickets sold year over year.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the consumer clubs, including the training and leadership of interns
  • Develop annual consumer club marketing plans, identify multiple new ideas per year that will increase membership level and/or increase engagement.
  • Develop strategy, planning, and execution of Consumer Clubs events
  • Collaborate with Ticketing department on membership sales platform operations & membership ticket initiatives
  • Manage databases for memberships, activations, kit fulfillment, database and event RSVPs for all Clubs
  • Track and report on all Consumer Clubs elements to management
  • Develop yearly vision and plans for consumer clubs as part of the annual budgeting process
  • Leverage strategic partnerships to generate membership sales
  • Research and identify relevant new consumer club strategies, promotions and outlets
  • Manage membership kit inventory and storage as well as sales fulfillment locations
  • Other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager


Experience, Education and Licensure

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business or related field required
  • 2+ years of business experience required

  • Connection with Kids โ€“ Must have passion and energy for youth and families, as there will be considerable interaction and engagement with this consumer segment.


Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.

Work Environment

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment however employee may have โ€œgame-dayโ€ responsibilities where the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
  • Hours may include nights, weekends and holidays.
