The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking an energetic operations and community engagement coordinator with strong communications skills, attention to detail and an ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment. This position will serve as a main point of contact for all credential needs, working alongside the Director of Media Relations, Director of Security and Director of Operations to oversee the gameday credentialing process. Additionally, this position will work alongside the Director of Community Engagement to oversee the Bengals’ girls flag football program and support community engagement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Media Relations, Director of Security and Director of Operations to implement a new credential system.
  • Help manage gameday credentialing operations for the entire stadium, including application and approval process, production and distribution of credentials.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for groups that require credentials, including team, stadium, media, broadcast partners and league staff.
  • Assist with distribution of parking passes.
  • Develop strong understanding of credentialing technology partners, including Accredit Solutions, Wicket, Alvarado, Zebra and Cube Passes.
  • Arrive at the stadium up to eight hours before kickoff to help manage credential issues that arise on gameday.
  • Help manage credentialing process for concerts and other events at Paycor Stadium.
  • Oversee the Bengals’ girls flag football program by serving as a liaison to high school athletic directors, assisting with the grant process and planning flag football events.
  • Research and develop new events and initiatives within the youth and high school spaces for future football outreach programs.
  • Support player and community award campaigns, including drafting award submissions and assisting with the grant process when applicable.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional sports setting, high profile collegiate level sport or related field.
  • Prior credential experience is required. Previous experience working with Accredit Solutions is preferred.
  • Energetic personality with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Event planning and logistics experience is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to succeed in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Ability to work flexible/long hours for work assignments and games.
