Summary

The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated candidate to work within our collaborative, hard-working, and high energy culture. The Member Relations Representative is responsible for enhancing our member experience, driving new revenue, and continuing to add fans to our existing waitlist. It is the Member Relations Representative’s responsibility to deliver an enhanced fan experience by building a strong relationship and providing excellent customer service through preferred fan communication channels.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned season ticket members to ensure renewal, provide exceptional customer service, enhance Net Promoter Scores, and optimize member show rates.
  • Anticipate, respond to, and resolve all complaints, requests, and inquiries from members and general fan base; ability to handle difficult fans and situations in a calm and professional manner, ensuring that each fan interaction results in increased loyalty to the team.
  • Responsible for selling ticket products including waitlist deposits, single game tickets, and any premium seating options that may become available.
  • Maintain detailed records of all touch points with clients and prospects in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) as well as our ticketing system (Ticketmaster Archtics).
  • Work assigned member events, home Bengal games, and other events as needed outside of business hours.
  • Bring a positive attitude, with a team-first mentality, to continue to help boost our already strong working culture.


Job Requirements

Required

  • 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic with the will and motivation to succeed
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and passion for sales and customer service
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including some nights and weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team first mentality
  • Thorough and accurate record-keeper
  • Creative and solutions-oriented problem solver

Preferred

  • Experience in Archtics and Microsoft CRM database software is a plus
