The Chicago White Sox are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Guest Services Team. Guest Information Representatives are often the first point of contact for guests, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering incoming guest calls
  • Provide general ballpark information, policies, ticket information and directions to the ballpark
  • Solve customer issues and/or directing calls to the correct department

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
  • Ideal candidate exhibits strong problem solving skills and professional judgement
  • Knowledge of baseball and the Chicago White Sox is preferred
  • Must be comfortable explaining technical information regarding our mobile ticketing app to guests (in response incoming calls)
  • Must be available to work select holidays, weekends & evenings
