Work Schedule: Approximately 40 hours/week
Duration: July 2024-June 2025
Position Summary:
The Marketing Intern for Tepper Sports & Entertainment will assist with marketing planning, positioning strategy, and engagement for Tepper Sports & Entertainment’s portfolio of venues, brands, and partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with social, digital, and web messaging, strategies, and campaigns for TSE’s portfolio of venues
- Assist with priority projects and campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure assets and information are communicated accurately and on deadline
- Manage internal merchandise orders, including maintaining records and overseeing delivery
- Involved in research for best practices related to venue marketing
- Administrative tasks such as distributing notes from meetings, organizing files, etc.
- Acquire general knowledge of department functions and duties to be able to assist as-needed
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and have interest and/or prior sports and entertainment industry experience
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends, and all stadium events, including events held on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass pre-employment screening

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions) and remotely as assigned by management and based on current business needs.
