The Buffalo Bills Intern Development Program consists of Internship positions in different departments throughout the organization. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn of all aspects of the organization and it's partners through the program components. The program components include goals and end of year assessment, a mentor assignment, monthly workshops, and periodic fieldtrips. Participants will have access to organization leaders and will collaborate with all business departments. All of the internships are in person.

The Social Media Internship role is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn more about social and digital platforms. This position will assist in a variety of ways across all of our social platforms. The position will be responsible for participating in the creation of content, coordinating distribution of approved content, covering live events and other valuable assignments.

The internship dates are approximately June 1, 2024 - February, 2025.

Candidates must be a recent graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.

Compensation is $15-17.00/hour.
