Location: Freshfield Road with occasional travel to American Express Stadium and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Permanent

Oversee the Foundations fantastic community wellbeing projects

This is a new role within the Foundation to provide strategic direction for the range of services delivered by the Health and Inclusion teams. You will be responsible for identifying areas for development in our provision and propose football-themed initiatives to help address the needs of our local communities across Sussex, with an emphasis on mental wellbeing for young people.

Your background

We are looking to hear from individuals who have extensive knowledge of the health industry and experience of working with disengaged young people. You will have strong working knowledge of public health, mental health and health promotion. You will also have passion and an understanding of how the power of football can be a catalyst for positive change.
