Our team aims to provide the best available quality, quantity and variety for our meals, snacks, and supplements, ensuring peak physical and mental condition.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Boston Red Sox are seeking a highly motivated culinary professional to serve as a member of the MLB Performance Staff in providing optimal culinary nutrition within the Player’s Clubhouse at Fenway Park. The Performance Cook will work under the direction of the Executive Chef/Dietitian and collaborate with him alongside other culinary staff for an optimal menu and professional service fitting in the space of a high-performance pro baseball clubhouse environment.
The Boston Red Sox Culinary Staff aims to provide fresh, high quality, nutrient-dense meals tailored to our players and staff.
This position begins March 15 and will continue through the MLB regular season that concludes Sept 30, and will continue work through the postseason as necessary. Applicants who need to start after March 15 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
