Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. • Drive innovation - be a core part of the team that drives the transition from a traditional campaign model to an insight driven journey-based approach, as part of a wider personalisation strategy
  • Enhance supporter engagement - champion our supporter segmentation, and work alongside key members of the Marketing team to ensure that our digital campaigns are tailored to our audience
  • Leading campaigns - lead on complex project-based campaign activity, such as Membership Renewals & Kit Launch, ensuring that key learnings are used to shape the campaign approach and strategy
  • Work collaboratively - work with the Campaign & Insights team and Internal Design Studio to review creative assets against Club guidelines and best practice, ensuring that the Supporter experience is carefully considered at every touchpoint
  • Stakeholder management - engage with and manage campaign stakeholders’ expectations across the end-to-end process, understanding business needs and advising where necessary the best course of action in achieving campaign objectives

What we are looking for
