The Role


We are looking for a retail section coordinator to play an essential role in the heart of our retail department. You will help to coordinate our team of passionate casual workers and ensure that all key operational retail areas have consistent coverage on a day-to-day basis.

In this important role for our retail department, you will monitor and review the teams' activities to ensure the commercial and retail operational standards are being executed to the highest level, making sure we're delivering a fantastic customer experience day in day out.

Your day-to-day


  • Drive sales in-store - you'll enjoy motivating the team to surpass our revenue targets on both a day-to-day and matchday basis
  • Lead by example - you'll take on line management and coordination responsibility for our passionate casual and matchday workers to ensure the achievement of our KPIs and objectives
  • Inspire high performance levels - you will play an impactful part in keeping our casual workers engaged and motivated and ensuring they are performing their role to an exceptional standard
  • Support the retail team with in-store events - you'll work closely with the wider team on the delivery of kit and product launches, store events, matchdays and retail kiosks
  • Uphold key requirements - you will take great pride in ensuring that we're adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Uphold exceptional standards - you'll ensure we're delivering the highest standards of in-store experience

  • Experience in retail - you come with a background of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and busy in-store environment
  • Customer-first mindset - you're dedicated to ensuring that all customers receive an engaging and seamless experience
  • Inspiring coaching skills - you're well versed in directing retail teams to provide first class customer service and to uphold store standards
  • Passion for visual merchandising - you know how to turn heads and intrigue our customers in a way that's authentic to our brand
  • Resourceful and proactive approach - you're able to coordinate a large team of retail staff and ensure all bases are covered
  • True team player - you're always happy to collaborate with team leaders and retail team managers to provide excellent levels of support as and when required
