Internal Event Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking for an Internal Event Coordinator on a Fixed term basis, to operationally deliver a wide range of internal events throughout the year and provide support to the hospitality operations team.

Your day-to-day

  • Coordinating and managing all internal events from booking stage to event delivery, including the operational delivery and client facing interaction
  • Ensuring that the venue set up, equipment and other logistical necessities are in line with customer requirements as well as brand standards and complies with Health & Safety guidelines
  • Gathering final details and produce comprehensive and accurate event sheets which ensure the correct information is communicated to the operational departments
  • Controlling the operational costs associated to ensure each internal event is delivered as cost-effectively as possible
  • Receiving internal department recharge codes and ensuring all financial reconciliation and correct recharge/invoicing
  • Observing and adhering to all security requirements at the Stadium
  • Assisting in the operational delivery of all stadium areas on event days
  • Supporting the operations team with specific club events and undertake other tasks that from time to time may be allocated to the jobholder that are appropriate to the family/grade of the job


What we are looking for

  • Relevant hospitality or customer service qualifications (Desirable)
  • Experience within the events and/or hospitality industry
  • Administration experience within a fast paced, customer focused environment
  • IT skills including a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
  • Great organisation with a proven ability to manage a fast-paced and varied workload
  • Able to communicate with a broad range of internal and external customers
  • Uses initiative and is proactive; helping to create and implement new ideas.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships
  • Actively cooperates and communications with others, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Seeks out and acts upon opportunities to improve the fan and customer experience
