The Role


We are looking for a Hub Supervisor to take responsibility for the daily operations of the Arsenal Hub, ensuring a quality service for customers and participants.

Your day-to-day


  • Provide excellent customer service - You'll be advising and supporting customers using the Hub facilities and responding appropriately to comments, complaints and requests
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Arsenal Hub - Responsible for opening and closing the Hub and making sure facilities and equipment are kept clean at all times
  • Keep the Arsenal Hub safe and secure - Upholding our safeguarding and health and safety policies, ensuring the security of the building and wellbeing of all employees, contractors and participants
  • Supporting our programmes and activities - Assisting with running various programmes and leading on football activities including coaching and birthday parties.

What we are looking for


  • Passion for exceptional customer service - you thrive when you're delivering amazing experiences for our visitors
  • Excellent communicator - you've got a natural passion for providing an engaging service to visitors from all walks of life
  • Experience as a coach - you'll have demonstrable experience in coaching football, ideally having received a recognised qualification
  • First Aid Qualified
