Fan Loyalty Supervisor (Part-time)
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for the execution of the D-backs Kids Club fan loyalty program and supervising the game day staff.
Primary (Essential) Duties
- Assist with hiring and training of the Kids Club game day staff prior to the season
- Create staff shift schedules each month and manage staff hours
- Be the day-to-day contact for Kids Club staff, answering questions and assisting as needed
- Supervise the Kids Club staff and execution of the Kids Club program at all Diamondbacks home games
- Provide recaps and feedback to Marketing Coordinator after every game
- Manage the Kids Club prize inventory throughout the season
- Keep the Kids Club headquarters stocked with prizes and functioning effectively
- Assist in responding to Kids Club customer service emails
- Work with Marketing Coordinator on other tasks as needed

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Experience/Education Requirements
- Experience supervising and leading a team of employees required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be physically able to lift and move heavy boxes on a regular basis. Employee must also be able to work flexible hours including being available for all 2025 Diamondbacks home games on nights, weekends, and holidays.
