Fan Loyalty Supervisor (Part-time)

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for the execution of the D-backs Kids Club fan loyalty program and supervising the game day staff.

Primary (Essential) Duties

Assist with hiring and training of the Kids Club game day staff prior to the season
Create staff shift schedules each month and manage staff hours
Be the day-to-day contact for Kids Club staff, answering questions and assisting as needed
Supervise the Kids Club staff and execution of the Kids Club program at all Diamondbacks home games
Provide recaps and feedback to Marketing Coordinator after every game
Manage the Kids Club prize inventory throughout the season
Keep the Kids Club headquarters stocked with prizes and functioning effectively
Assist in responding to Kids Club customer service emails
Work with Marketing Coordinator on other tasks as needed

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Experience/Education Requirements

Experience supervising and leading a team of employees required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be physically able to lift and move heavy boxes on a regular basis. Employee must also be able to work flexible hours including being available for all 2025 Diamondbacks home games on nights, weekends, and holidays.
