Job Summary:

The Arizona Coyotes are expanding our brand and digital marketing team, and we are looking for a Manager, Paid Media to focus on digital media. We require a minimum of 5+ years of paid digital media experience creating strategic paid media plans based on the team's goals and direct management. This role includes the ongoing optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

You have extensive experience with Google Ads (PPC, YouTube, Display, Remarketing) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), and understand the importance of full funnel marketing. You are detail-oriented and skilled in online advertising, social media campaigns, and pay-per-click strategies.

This role will report to the VP, Marketing and will work closely with cross-functional partners: Brand Colleagues, Video production, Creative, Ticket Marketing, Merchandise Development, Local Marketing, Multicultural Marketing, and Corporate Partnerships. Supported by those from creative, content, video production, marketing and operations to develop engaging social and digital strategies.

The position will push our mission to change how sports teams build their brand.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • The primary function is to facilitate the day-to-day execution of paid digital campaigns for the Arizona Coyotes, including the planning, setting up, and managing of paid ad campaigns for the team.
  • Responsible for running and optimizing our paid sponsorship promotions, ticket sales campaigns, lead generation, paid brand campaigns, event promotions, and other Coyotes-related initiatives.
  • Spearhead the planning, coordinating, managing, and monitoring of all paid digital campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report the results of each campaign.
  • Identify KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to improve ad performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, provide ad spend recommendations, ad placement, and test ad copy as part of your optimization process.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years running pay-per-click and paid social campaigns.
  • Highly skilled in paid search, paid social media campaigns, and pay-per-click advertising.
  • Experience simultaneously running multiple campaigns.
  • An understanding of full-funnel marketing - from awareness to conversion.
  • Understanding consumer behavior is imperative, and knowledge of sports fans' interactions is ideal.
