Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ)

Summary:

As a member of the Arizona Cardinals Marketing Department, the Digital Platforms Intern works closely with the Coordinator, Digital Platforms, as well as the balance of the organization, in the maintenance and development of all digital platforms including the website, mobile app, and microsites. The intern will design digital experiences that inform and engage fans. This position is part-time and located at the Dignity Health Arizona Cardinals Training Facility in Tempe, AZ.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Assist with the publishing and distribution of content across the Cardinals’ O&O platforms
  • Manage and schedule push notifications on the Cardinals app
  • Handle ad-related requests from the activation team and submit sales proposals for display ads using Adbook+.
  • Assist with weekly content reporting and analytics
  • Assist in the development of microsites, web, and app assets
  • Assist with live streams for podcasts and press conferences
  • Assist with updating and upkeep of all aspects of Cardinals website and App
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or working towards the completion of a degree
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of website design experience
  • Basic technical knowledge of website best practices, content management systems, and digital trends
  • Strong prioritization, assessment, organizational and time management skills, and impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Pocket a plus)
  • Experience with website and app creation and management
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite
  • Experience with Google or Adobe analytics a plus
  • Experience with a coding language (HTML, CSS, R, Python, PHP) a plus
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt

Special Working Conditions include:

  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
  • May require extended hours viewing computer screens
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to work game days, nights, and weekends may be required
