The Role and What You’ll Do:

This position is responsible for:

  • Building and fostering impactful relationships to execute multiple partnership campaigns simultaneously, with focus on partnerships of Entertainment clients.
  • Managing the day-to-day communications with partners and agencies to oversee and drive campaign delivery in full.
  • Day-to-day partner maintenance and long-term strategic account growth, while providing a unified voice to partners from UFC with respect to partnership marketing and fulfillment.
  • Streamlines all fulfillment activities to onboard each new campaign, manage approvals, ensure contractual delivery, and provide recap materials with expediency and professionalism.
  • Takes initiative to keep projects moving forward and develop client-oriented solutions.
  • Works collaboratively across internal departments and stakeholders for partner approvals and alignment of programs and initiatives.
  • Manages full service of each partnership – booking and tracking inventory, managing specs and deadlines, collating all deliverables, tracking fulfillment, providing metrics/insights/learnings, regular calls, emails, and touchpoints for internal and external communications – all while providing exceptional client service.
  • Optimizes for incremental and renewal opportunities, by articulating UFC's value proposition and by leveraging knowledge of clients to recommend revenue opportunities.
  • Analyzes research findings and identifies activation concepts that align with the brand, support partners’ marketing objectives, and drive business results.
  • Uses in-house platforms and programs (Account Plans, databases, creative deck software, etc.) to manage partner information, deliverables, and presentations.
  • Analyzes and optimizes workflows/best practices ongoing to enhance both individual and team performance.
  • High capacity to adapt and scale with industry trends and overall business growth.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices and new media marketing efforts.
  • Travels to select UFC events and partner projects as needed.
  • Develops self to improve performance in current role and to prepare for future roles; seeks and provides feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant program.
  • At least 3-years career track focused on partnership marketing and service.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas preferred: elevated client servicing, sport sponsorship, digital media, project management, and/or entertainment (theatrical/streaming/gaming).
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines as directed with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to bring creativity to commercial discussions, maximizing assets, and inventing feasible solutions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Seeks and provides feedback and coaching, goal-oriented outlook, adaptable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as required by client and prospect needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to learn other basic computer programs.
