JOB SUMMARY: The Facility Services member will perform routine day to day cleaning throughout Globe Life Field. The position will play a key role in providing a clean and safe environment for our players, team staff and employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Monitor and report any discrepancies, damages, loss of property or safety issues to the Facilities Manager
Maintain and clean all concourse restrooms, hospitality areas and seating bowl areas
Monitor overall appearance and cleanliness of Globe Life Field
Keep inventory of supplies and equipment as well as cleaning logs
Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by the Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager
Help assure the health, safety and security of co-workers and guests by following all procedures and rules throughout the locker room areas, seating bowls and hospitality areas
All other duties as assigned
Must comply with our company policy for background checks and pre-employment drug screening
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to listen effectively, take and execute directions given
Ability to work in large crowds for an extended period of time
Must be able to work long hours, including days, nights, weekends and holiday as needed
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time; stand; walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch; reach with hands and arms; lift, and or/move up to 35 pounds, carry 25 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
