Overview:
The Tampa Bay Rays believe in putting the human in front of the performance. We believe that if our players and employees feel safe, supported, and valued, then success on and off the baseball field can be achieved.
As such, attention to and care for mental wellness is an integral part of our total care program. Our vision is to continue building and maintaining a confidential, licensed, accessible, culturally sensitive, and effective network of mental wellness providers all Rays can trust.
This network is known as the Team Assistance Program (TAP). TAP is dedicated to removing the stigma from important conversations, normalizing the practice of caring for our mental wellbeing, and giving space, time, and resources for all to achieve a strong sense of self and peace.
We are searching for multiple licensed mental health professionals to join our TAP team based at multiple affiliate locations. This is a part-time, independent contractor position; providers will receive a monthly stipend to retain hours at their standard rate.
