The Tampa Bay Rays are seeking a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2020 baseball season. The seasonal position will report to Port Charlotte, FL and assist with Spring Training/Extended Spring Training and function with our Florida Complex League. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about developing players, being an excellent teammate, and constantly learning.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to assisting our full-time staff with implementing and overseeing the Tampa Bay Rays strength and conditioning program for Spring Training/Extended Spring Training and designated affiliate. Daily responsibilities include administering preparation and warm up routines. This role will function under the guidance of our Minor League Strength & Conditioning Coordinator to schedule and deliver daily conditioning/speed work, in-season workouts while at home and on the road, and tracking of player progress and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
