Job Summary:
The Club Physical Therapist will be primarily responsible for the rehabilitation of the Player. The Physical Therapist will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and Head Athletic Trainer/Therapist. Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and the Head Athletic Trainer/Therapist, the Physical Therapist will coordinate rehabilitation, evaluations, plan of care, progress notes, and discharge notes on all Players. These notes need to be kept on file in the MLS electronic medical record (EMR).
