Reports to: Director, Community Development & Blues for Kids
Will work alongside Blues Alumni Board of Directors
Directly supervises and manages: 50/50 Manager and sellers
Job Duties:
β’ Oversee day-to-day operations of Blues Alumni, including internal and external communication of events, appearances, and develop ideas to expand programs participation and revenue.
β’ Contribute to the development of a strategic plan for all Blues Alumni programs, initiatives and events with purpose of engaging fans and aligning programs with Blues yearly calendar.
β’ Manage all duties relating to Blues 50/50 Raffle, Blues for Kids and Blues Alumni largest fundraiser, including but not limited to working with Ascend for raffle creation, marketing, seller recruitment, scheduling, training, communication, and balancing financials.
β’ Create Blues Alumni event plan in collaboration with Blues events team; current events include Blues Alumni Fantasy Camp (Fall), Blues Alumni Golf Tournament (Spring), Legacy Event (Winter).
β’ Manage event planning process and duties to maintain Blues and Blues Alumni brand elements, assist in selling tickets and sponsorships, venue preparation and communication with all parties.
β’ Create post-event recaps and surveys for purpose of evaluating impact of events and determining how to improve, change or eliminate based on value for fans and organization.
β’ Coordinate with Blues and external requests to schedule all appearances for Blues Alumni.
β’ Track Blues Alumni appearances and ensure all needs are communicated and met on behalf of Blues Alumni and host organization.
β’ Manage Blues Alumni Suite operations including ticketing, coordination with Levy Restaurants for F&B Requests, and inventory of supplies.
β’ Lead Blues Alumni social media engagement.
β’ Serve as primary liaison for Blues game day needs, including, scheduling, escorting and communication between Game Operations, Security, Building Operations and Guest Services.
β’ Work with Coordinator, Blues Community Development on donation requests to ensure all donations are provided on behalf of both organizations.
β’ Coordinate Blues Alumni donations and sending tax receipts.
β’ Create and present monthly report to President, Blues Alumni to include update on financials and activities.
β’ Manage invoice process, payments and waivers for Blues Alumni skates and Centene Community Ice Center.
β’ Additional duties as assigned.
