This position will be responsible for assisting in developing, maintaining, and increasing military specific programs for the San Antonio Spurs, San Antonio FC, and Frost Bank Center family shows and/or events. This person must provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships with both internal and external partners.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Assist in the research and development of Spurs Sports & Entertainment programs within the military community.
  • Collaborate with the team on strategies to build connections with military units, their leaders, and community organizations.
  • Represent the company in the community and on military bases for ticket sales opportunities and grassroot marketing events.
  • Provide administrative support for the team including database management, developing weekly email campaigns, manage inbound and outbound phone calls, and serve as the point of contact for any questions clients or partners may have.
  • Assist with clients and prospects at games, events, and meetings by preparing materials and providing support greeting, hosting, and escorting them.
  • Compile and maintain information from research such as military unit/group, contact name, phone numbers, notes, etc.

Who You Are: 

  • Military experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills required.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills required.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Demonstrated organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
  • Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Ability to travel to events within a 30-mile radius of the Frost Bank Center.
