SUMMARY

As a Food & Beverage Ops Assistant we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will directly support the Director of Food and Beverage Operations in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage services, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and exceptional customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Assist the Director of Food and Beverage Operations in day-to-day tasks and projects.
Review menus to ensure accuracy, pricing consistency, and alignment with customer preferences.
Conduct comprehensive game-day audits of premium spaces and concession stands, focusing on quality control, cleanliness, and adherence to operational standards.
Compile detailed reports summarizing findings from game-day audits, including actionable items for improvement.
Proactively escalate any immediate concerns or issues to the appropriate Levy staff member for prompt resolution.
Maintain a valid food handler’s card and ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation standards.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety protocols and procedures, taking proactive measures to uphold cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must possess a valid food handler’s card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting the role.
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards preferred
Ability to pass a background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
