Gameday Premium Hospitality Assistant (Part-time)

The Gameday Premium Hospitality Assistant is a part-time, in-season position during all Steelers home games that will help enhance the Premium gameday experience as companies and their guests arrive to their pregame Premium Hospitality locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with setting up Premium Hospitality areas prior to guests arriving
• Meet and greet all Premium guests and answer any preliminary questions
• Proactively assists all guests with the highest level of customer service and hospitality
• Receive and quickly act upon requests or issues that arise from guests; refer pressing issues to supervisor
• Knowledge of Premium Hospitality amenities and Acrisure Stadium seating is a must
• Establish and maintain cooperative and professional relationship with peers, supervisors, and all other members of the organization
• Perform additional functions and duties as directed by the Premium Hospitality & Group Sales Manager
• Must be able to work all Steelers home regular season games

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
• Strong, courteous customer service skills a must
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Comfortable interacting with a premium hospitality guests
• Availability must align with Steelers home game schedule
