The Opportunity:

If your answer is yes, you could be a perfect fit for our Brand Ambassador role available at the Knights, where you will make a real impact through your work on projects and involvement in the gaming community, passion for esports and exceptional interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Knights’ Gaming Car, a Mini Cooper, to various locations in Pittsburgh during the summer, conducting in-person activations and giveaways, and maintaining the gaming equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the Knights’ Gaming Car safely and responsibly to various locations throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
• Set up gaming equipment quickly and efficiently.
• Ensuring all technology equipment and tools are functional and ready for use.
• Conduct in-person activations and giveaways.
• Engaging with the public and creating a positive and exciting atmosphere and high level of crowd engagement.
  
  

Ideally, you have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to take the initiative, multi-task, and independently complete tasks and projects
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a similar role, such as event promotion, experiential marketing, or gaming events, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of gaming consoles and technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to set up gaming equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required for events.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment and promotional items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Experience in a similar role, such as event promotion, experiential marketing, or gaming events, is preferred.
• Experience with communication / social platforms such as Discord
• A quick-thinking self-starter with a passion for games
• Computer skills
