Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all fans via phone, email, and live chat. This position will also be helping to resolve customer problems and various responsibilities within our Ticket Office, such as processing orders.

Responsibilities
Primary:

  1. Answering inbound channels including phone calls and live chats.
  2. Troubleshooting guest issues and escalating requests to Manager on Duty (MOD).
  3. Selling single game tickets in ProVenue.
  4. Assisting guests by providing information pertaining to tickets, The Pittsburgh Pirates, PNC Park, events, etc.
  5. Assist with inbound emails as needed.
  6. All other duties as assigned by Manager, Customer Service.

Secondary:

  1. Receive and process payment transactions and ensure the accuracy of daily payment report.
  2. Assist the Account Executives with customer service, Will Call requests, sending tickets, processing of urgent orders and resolving of pressing issues.
  3. Assist the Ticket Office personnel with miscellaneous duties.


Qualifications
Required:

  1. Legally authorized to work in the United States
  2. High School Graduate
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Desired:

  1. Associate’s Degree in Business Administration
  2. Customer relations experience
  3. Ticket Office experience

Availability:

  1. This job is 29 hours per week. This person must be available most Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am-5pm. The other 13 hours will be split among office and game hours based on availability.
  2. Must be flexible and available nights, holidays and weekends.
