Seasonal Associate Program ( 2023-2024 Graduates)

The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

In addition to being the home of the Philadelphia Eagles, the stadium hosts numerous other events, providing an unmatched spectator experience for over 69,000 fans. The Eagles’ Seasonal Associate Program is an excellent first step in your professional development. The Seasonal Associate opportunities are structured as post-graduate positions. These on-site positions pay hourly with the opportunity to earn overtime. The team offers opportunities across multiple departments within Business Operations.

Requirements: All Seasonal Associates must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution.
