Company Description
The New York Red Bulls are looking for motivated college students who will support the Marketing Partnerships Sales team during the Summer 2024 semester (internship to begin in late May - early June. The internship will provide college credit and is a great learning opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in the sports industry. Interns will gain knowledge and insight into a revenue-generating department within the sports industry and will learn how the Marketing Partnerships Sales team creates custom partnerships that achieve a brand's business goals. Office hours during the week are flexible based on school/class schedule, but availability for Red Bulls home matches is mandatory (which may interfere with holidays and weekends).

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college; must earn college credit
General understanding of the partnership space, overall business and value of partnerships within our industry
Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
Proactive approach to projects and workload
Must have a professional and positive attitude
Interest in pursuing some combination of marketing, sales, sponsorship, hospitality, etc. as future career
Appetite to learn more about marketing partnerships and various team & league partnerships
Additional Information
This is an unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).
You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
