Position Summary:

We are seeking a Group Service Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Group Service Associate is to coordinate and execute group sales and service programs, events, and initiatives. This is a temporary, 10-month associateship, based in the New Orleans, LA area.

What you will be doing:

Day-to-Day Service Responsibilities

  • Assist Ticket Sales Team with group touch point process
  • Answer incoming service calls
  • Attend select client meetings to convey service related items
  • Assist with prospecting for Account Executive sales efforts
  • Provide input on service components and execution of new group program development
  • Assist and execute Group Department Events
  • Create service recaps of each event
  • Making sure the group “GL” is staffed and covered.
  • Group service calls
  • Overseeing and creating promotional material
  • Other duties as assigned by the Group Sales and Service Manager

Game Day Responsibilities

  • Execution of group Fan Experience Package and additional assets
  • Other duties as determined by the Group Sales and Service Manager

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 1 year of service experience, in sports or entertainment industry preferred
  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Proficient with Microsoft CRM and SRO preferred
  • Flexibility to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, as required, in non-traditional settings
