As part of Spring Training Business Operations team, the Intern - Spring Training Community Engagement will be responsible for day-to-day community operations, donation requests, and building relationships with local non-profit partners during Spring Training and the off season.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, problem solving, community service, social media and customer service as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
