Operations
Delivering all off-pitch operations for the club covering our people, technology, facilities and infrastructure development at both Old Trafford and Carrington.

Key departments within Operations include matchday delivery, hospitality & event sales, facilities, ticketing & membership, people, sustainability, safety & security, digital transformation & IT and our club charity, Manchester United Foundation.

The Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

The Role:

  • Responsible for the accurate and safe receipt of all goods into the warehouse.
  • Carry out stadium deliveries and resource allocation and monitoring of business needs.
  • Fulfil matchday gifting requirements.
  • The accurate transaction of stock movements in the system to support up to date inventory reporting.
  • To support with inventory counting activities in line with procedural requirements.
  • To support with safety and housekeeping as required.
  • To support with post and ticketing operations as required.
  • 5 out of 7 days, 40 hours per week.

  • Safety-first approach to all activities.
  • An excellent level of attention to detail.
  • High standards of presentation and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a team and as an individual.
  • Ability to remain motivated whilst completing repetitive tasks.
  • Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy on MS packages.
  • Full UK Driving License.

Desirable

  • Pivot steer lift and counterbalance forklift truck license desirable - training provided
  • MEWP experience desirable - training provided
