About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Liverpool Football Club as an Full-Time Retail Sales Advisor at our new store, Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre.

We are thrilled to be opening our new destination store outside of the UK in Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre. We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Advisor who is passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to join our LFC family and be a part of this exciting store opening. It's an exciting time to be a part of LFC, with our amazing collaborations with LeBron, Nike and Converse. The most recent limited-edition capsule collection is a celebration of the diverse and creative nature of the club’s beating heart – it’s supporters.

What will you be doing?

This role is responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
  • Till work including processing cash and card payments.
  • Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
  • Merchandising/display.
  • Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
  • Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will have previous retail and/or customer service experience, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. It is desirable you have experience working within a clothing retail background working similar full-time hours.

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills; you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. Having a retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours and able to work Monday to Sunday, to cover midweek and late nights shifts available.

Liverpool FC Retail has one of the most comprehensive product ranges in world football; we carry at least a thousand different products at one time, which rise during peak trading.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week, on a 5 from 7-day basis working, including evenings, weekends. Your main base will be at Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre. We are expecting the opening to be at the beginning of December 2023 with inductions and staff training starting November 2023.
