We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team on a casual contract as a Casual Retail Sales Advisor at our Liverpool One store. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team.

What will you be doing?

  • Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
  • Till work including processing cash and card payments.
  • Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
  • Merchandising/display.
  • Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
  • Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have recent retail and/or customer service experience, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous.

This is a casual contract position, offering variable hours including evenings, weekends and matchdays on a flexible assignment basis. Your main base will be our Liverpool One Store.
