Position Overview:
The Raider Image is looking for seasonal Sales Associates. The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner and completing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Essential Job Functions
- Process customersโ transactions, merchandise returns, exchanges, and store credits by utilizing Point-Of-Sale (POS) registers.
- Assist customers on the sales floor and promote up-selling of merchandise.
- Perform open and closing procedures.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising of products for visual displays.
- Must follow all safety procedures and regulations as dictated by the organization.
- Stack and organize large bulk items.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Sales and customer service experience needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be availability to work all Raider home games, concerts, and Allegiant Stadium events.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
- Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
- Frequent pushing and pulling upwards of over 100lbs.
- Frequent working in inclement weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, and rain.
