The Corporate Partnership Activation Coordinator will lead all activities associated with corporate partner contract fulfillment for assigned accounts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and be accountable for an account list of 20 – 30 contracted Pacers corporate partners and 10 – 15 contracted Fever corporate partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the corporate partner’s key decision-makers to ensure complete satisfaction and contract renewal.
  • Serve as a marketing and advertising consultant to corporate partners in radio, website, and print to ensure effective campaigns are built and completed via media inventory.
  • Act as the liaison with internal broadcasting and digital departments to ensure spots and content are produced and posted in a timely and efficient manner, as well as with internal creative services department to ensure print ads are crafted and submitted in accordance with Pacers and NBA style guidelines.
  • Work with corporate partners to build and maintain Gainbridge Fieldhouse signage that meets established style guidelines by enlisting the services of cost-effective vendors.
  • Work with internal promotions department to develop, plan, promote, and implement effective external cross promotions aligning the marketing goals of corporate partners with those of PS&E while adhering to NBA guidelines and local legal statutes.
  • Work with internal game operations department to secure and prioritize game dates for corporate partners’ in-arena promotions such as on-courts, LED, videos, pre-game, and half-time entertainment / presentations and honorary scorers.
  • Practice fiscal responsibility when it comes to contract fulfillment expenses and ensure corporate partners’ co-branded premium items are within the established budget.
  • Coordinate and implement corporate partners’ special hospitality events (both at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and at corporate partner locations) involving various PS&E departments, including current and alumni players and senior executives, while following budget guidelines.
  • Play a meaningful role in maintaining ROI, photographs and proof of performance for use in preparing and presenting inclusive corporate partner recaps to decision-makers during the contract renewal process.
  • Assist Corporate Partnerships Sales Directors when needed.
  • Work Pacers and Fever game nights, as well as other PS&E functions, as assigned to implement and supervise corporate partner promotions and activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

This role requires travel to partnership activations around central Indiana and must have reliable transportation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum two years experience in a relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Salesforce, and Basecamp


LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills to corporate partners and internal representatives


REASONING ABILITY:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze data and make well-informed decisions
  • Ability to interpret directions and information
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues both inside and outside the organization
