Basic Function:

  • Responsible for servicing all ticket holders of the Club's events at NRG Stadium.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all ticket holders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer support for a client book of business of 1500+ accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer services and guide members through the season ticket renewal and seat relocation process.
  • Answer inbound Texans Ticket Office phone calls and assist customers with ticketing and game day questions.
  • Participate in resolving ticketing issues with guest services on game days.
  • Make outbound call, emails and texts to designated season ticket member accounts to solicit payment and additional sales.
  • Assist in developing new customer service procedures and updating customer service manuals to improve processes for resolving ticket issues.
  • Work with all ticket members to ensure their visits to NRG Stadium events are enjoyable and problem-free.
  • Manage customer service issues around all marketing and ticketing events, initiatives and programs, including but not limited to Draft Day, season ticket holder events, marketing events, tickets for youth and other special programs and assist in research efforts to resolve issues going forward.
  • Visit season ticket members in person to deliver gifts and handle customer concerns and to establish a positive relationship.
  • Respond in a timely manner to season ticket correspondence, inquiry forms and surveys.
  • Assume responsibility for or assist with all mailing and invoicing projects as directed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Training Camp from a ticketing perspective.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by ticketing departmental leadership.

Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

Skills Required:

  • Strong desire and ability to provide highest level of customer service to all fans.
  • Working knowledge and prior work experience utilizing TM/Archtics or other ticketing software.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Prior sports industry experience preferred.
