MoneyGram Park Complex Coordinator:

Position Pays $17.00 per hour NON NEGOTIABLE

Part Time Position

Description:

The MoneyGram Soccer Park complex coordinator will assist the Complex Operations Manager and Supervisor in overseeing all events that are held at MoneyGram Park. This is a part time position that will work mostly weeknights and/or weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Patrolling property to include complex fields, office spaces, and all public areas
• Opening and closing responsibilities to include securing doors, locks, gates, loading dock area and complex fields
• Monitoring activity on the entire property during shifts for any suspicious activity
• Protecting MoneyGram Soccer Park property from theft by actively patrolling and observing activity
• Coordinating with Complex Manager to ensure proper field usage for events and team usage.
• Investigating and writing reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activity on property.
• Writing reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

You Are:

• Passionate and knowledgeable about Soccer.
• A problem-solver, creative, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and some holidays if needed in all outdoor weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to explain and enforce operating policies and procedures to fans, parents, coaches, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must be able work under minimal supervision while prioritizing and organizing work activities that must be completed in a timely manner.
• Event management experience is a plus.
