Job Summary:
As the Manager of Premium Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success
of our premium seating offerings. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals and
executing strategic initiatives to maximize sales opportunities. Your focus will be on cultivating strong client
relationships, developing innovative sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to our premium
seating clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the sports
industry, and strong leadership skills.
Essential Functions:
1. Sales Leadership
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve premium seating targets and revenue goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and implement correct actions when necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing premium seating clients, ensuring high levels of client
satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling premium seating products and services to existing clients.
Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the
overall client experience.
3. Business Development:
Identify and target new potential clients for premium seating opportunities through market research and
prospecting activities.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value of our
premium seating offerings.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for
improvement.
Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate
accurate sales forecasts.
Provide timely and comprehensive reports to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and
key recommendations.
Qualifications
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
Experience working with all levels within an organization from assistants to CEOs.
Critical thinker, self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
Strong work ethic and a passion for pursuing a career in professional sports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, familiarity with SeatGeek is an asset.
Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within a sports facility/professional team,
including 2-4 years of managerial responsibility.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a Full-Time position. Hours of work are based on event schedule and include nights, weekends and
