Job Summary:
The Mascot will be responsible for adding creative and energetic fan entertainment during sixteen (16) Detroit Tigers spring training games and sixty-six (66) Flying Tigers regular season games. Collaboration with Game Presentation Producer to ensure effective performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entertain fans and create a positive, engaging atmosphere at the
- ballpark.Interact with children and families, pose for photos, and participate in on-field activities.
- Work closely with the promotions and marketing team to enhance the overall fan experience.
- Ensure the mascot costume is properly maintained and cleaned.
- Adhere to performance guidelines and represent the team in a professional manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience as a mascot performer or in a similar entertainment role.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform in the mascot costume for extended periods.
- Strong non-verbal communication skills and the ability to convey emotion and enthusiasm.
Working Conditions:
- Office & Outdoor Stadium Environment.
- Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
