Maintenance - Facility Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator’s primary focus will be assisting with the maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds of Ford Center. The Facility Coordinator reports to the Facility Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with building preparation for all regular and major events
  • Ensure cleanliness of the assigned facilities; uphold high standards for safety and appearance
  • Work with contractors and service providers to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Serve as facility operations management representative for events at the facility
  • Perform preventative and general maintenance work as needed
  • Manage maintenance schedules and calendars
  • Manage facility inventory
  • Manage projects including but not limited to artwork, capital expenditures and others as directed
  • Track facility work orders and expenses
  • Oversee motor pool and other maintenance equipment
  • Coordinate stadium systems including visitor management, fire, elevators, keys, and locks
  • Coordinate projects with key stakeholders
  • Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Manage third party cleaning vendor for Ford Center
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for guests, participants, and staff
  • Perform other functions and activities across all DCFC owned properties as directed
