Compensation: The budgeted range for this role is a salary of $60,000-$70,000 per year. Qualified hires can reasonably expect an offer between the minimum and mid-point of this range.

We are seeking a professional, proactive, detail and service-oriented Senior Coordinator, Human Resources to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Senior Coordinator, Human Resources will collaborate closely across various departments to flawlessly execute HR processes, ensure compliance with all employment regulations, maintain accurate employee data across all systems, provide a high level of service and support to employees of the Chicago Blackhawks, Fifth Third Arena Community Ice Rink, Rockford IceHogs, and Chicago Steel, and coordinate all other HR initiatives as requested.

The Chicago Blackhawks started their journey as one of the NHLâs âOriginal Sixâ professional ice hockey teams in 1926. Members of the Central Division in the NHLâs Western Conference and six-time Stanley Cup Champions (1934, 1938, 1961, 2010, 2013, 2015), the team calls the United Center home.
