Ticket Operations Representative (Florida)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Ticket Operations Representatives are the first employees customers interact with when they inquire about ticket sales and services at JetBlue Park for Spring Training tickets. This seasonal position runs from October-March and works with customers who are seeking game day tickets as well as tour tickets. This position also services all Spring Training Season Ticket Holders which includes processing payments, corresponding with Season Ticket Holders via phone calls and emails as well as walking Season Ticket Holders through the MLB Ballpark App to access their tickets.

October 2024-March 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer all inbound ticket sales and customer service phone calls for Spring Training games at JetBlue Park .
• Provide day of game customer service via phone and face-to-face at various ticket services windows on game and non-baseball event days.
• Track all customer service issues using CRM software.
• Assist patrons with accessing tickets digitally via the MLB Ballpark app.
• Issue tickets to high-end clientele at VIP will-call window on game days.
• Assist with ticket fulfillment and Spring Training season ticket payment processing.

CHARACTERISTICS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and telephone.
• Prior telemarketing, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines.
