Physiotherapist (Casual Role)

We are looking for a Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist to join our pool of Casual workers, working across a range of youth age groups within Arsenal Women Football Club's Academy.

You will help to assess and diagnose injuries, with a focus on treating and rehabilitating our players.

Your day-to-day

  • Work with our Academy players to gather information about their general health and any injuries.
  • Collect and analyse data in order to identify the cause of injuries, before working on a treatment plan to support each players rehabilitation.
  • Contribute to strategies for preventing and reducing the number of injuries within our different age groups.
  • Produce and maintain concise and accurate physiotherapy notes, ensuring standards set out by the CSP are met.
  • Work with our wider Medical team to provide a holistic approach to the treatment and prevention of injury.

What we are looking for

  • Level 2 FA First Aid in Football.
  • Currently undergoing or completed a degree in either physiotherapy or sports therapy.
  • Good experience of designing and delivering individual rehabilitation programmes.
  • Good experience of treating musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
  • Someone passionate and supportive.
  • A great communicator, both written and verbal, and someone who can motivate others.
