The Ticket Event Operations Manger will own the creation and management of full stadium events at Nissan Stadium, with a primary focus on non-Titans events including concerts and other family shows. This position will report to the Director of Ticket Operations – Events & Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with ticketing partner to build non-Titans events in the ticketing system.
  • Work with event promoters to manage non-Titans events including event setup, inventory management, event scaling and sales operations.
  • Manage the sales and distribution of parking events for all ticketed stadium events at Nissan Stadium.
  • Work with Stadium Operations to ensure accurate reporting and event updates throughout the event cycle.
  • Oversee event day ticket office preparation including event day setup and training of will call and ticket sales/resolution staff.
  • Serve as frontline resource for resolution of customer service issues on event days.
  • In coordination with Director, create price structures in ticketing system and ensure readiness and accuracy of the ticket system for each event.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations – Events and Finances.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience within a ticket office operations role
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to successfully communicate with the public, employees and vendors using verbal and written skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Extensive knowledge of SeatGeek Unify
  • Ability to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
