GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Guest Experience. They are responsible for various administrative functions across the Guest Experience department. This coordinator must carry strong communication skills, as they will be tasked with communicating regularly with both Guest Experience staff as well as guests at Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre. The coordinator must demonstrate flexibility and be committed to helping department managers carry out both administrative and event preparation functions. This is an entry-level position, and the candidate should have intern-level experience in the sports industry and/or a four-year degree from an accredited university. Position is typically M-F, 8:30AM-5PM, but could include some nights and weekends as needed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
β’ Maintain an exemplary level of customer service at all touchpoints.
β’ Manage lost & found process.
β’ Maintain accurate records of staff call-offs, sharing with department managers prior to events.
β’ Follow up on all call offs to check on the wellness of our staff and document.
β’ Oversee daily monitoring and administration of Real Time Feedback platform, including responding to guests and escalating issues to appropriate departments and/or managers.
β’ Complete event day tasks, including equipment preparation, paperwork, and facility set-up.
β’ Finalize post-event tasks, including payroll, equipment cleanup, and filing event paperwork.
β’ Track staff-related training and administrative paperwork, including handbook forms, training classes, referral bonuses, security licenses, etc.
β’ Participate/Lead GEPS department meetings.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Assist Staff Operations Manager with attendance tracking, scheduling, and staff concerns.
β’ Assist Guest Experience Managers with staff uniform program.
β’ Assist Training & Development Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
β’ Assist early call Steward and interns with uniform room and equipment room event day readiness as needed.
β’ Assist Guest Experience Managers with coordination of VIP and premium activations.
β’ Assist with Guest Experience policy and procedure development and compliance.
β’ Maintain effective communication that meets the needs of the business
β’ Work with the Senior Manager of GE to set and support professional development targets
β’ Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
β’ College degree and/or intern-level experience in the Sports industry
β’ Excellent customer service and communication skills
β’ Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a team environment
β’ Ability to work with a diverse population
β’ Knowledge of computer programs i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, ABI, payroll, etc.
β’ Strong organization and time management skills.
β’ Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
