This in-person position is responsible for supporting the CRM strategy of the Business Intelligence & Analytics department. The position will work closely with selling departments across the company to increase sales performance and visibility. Strong understanding of CRM systems, selling processes, lead prioritization and building inter-departmental partnerships will be critical to the success of the position. A technical and analytical approach to problem solving and a critical thinking mindset will also be key success factors. The position will work closely with various departments to administer Dynamics CRM, maintain customization and own solutions to meet business needs across multiple stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system by maintaining data integrity within the system, identifying opportunities for data integration and automations, ensuring proper inflow of relevant sales activities, and building solutions to enhance the sales process
- Partner with sales teams to evaluate, implement, and monitor third-party sales technologies to enhance sales rep efficiency
- Act as internal business partner with sales departments to consult on lead generation, deliver prioritized leads, and monitor campaign performance
- Monitor and remedy any CRM issues as they arise, and work with end users to ensure each department receives essential sales process capability and visibility
- Ensure hygiene of CRM system by troubleshooting processes when needed and identifying a methodology for deduplication of contacts and accounts
- Develop automated and customized solutions to ingest relevant data points from our data warehouse and web forms to our CRM system
- Serve as project owner once analytical results have been delivered, providing operational support and training when needed to ensure successful adoption
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Use SQL queries to retrieve business information, respond to ad hoc requests and develop Business Intelligence dashboards in Power BI
- Manage, train, and develop the skillset of CRM Analyst
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science or another related field
- 3+ years of experience in a CRM management/support role
- Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and partnering with sales teams
- Expert knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Curious self-starter who learns new concepts quickly
- Close attention to detail
