Job Description:
Integral part of the NY Jets Premium Partnerships Service team. The primary responsibilities of this role are to assist with the execution of customer service deliverables during all NY Jets home games, including the welcoming & assisting of our suite partners, attaining pertinent information about suite partners’ gameday experience and providing best in class customer service. The opportunity will provide an in-depth gameday experience of working with a professional sports team’s hospitality, service and sales groups.
Responsibilities:

  • Welcome suite partners with a warm and friendly greeting at VIP gates as they enter MetLife Stadium
  • Assist suite partners with general gameday needs, including navigating the stadium and accessing suite & club levels
  • Troubleshoot partners gameday issues such as parking, mobile tickets, directions, etc.
  • Visit suites on designated suite levels and engage suite guests to seek valuable feedback to help learn more about their experience and ways we can continue to improve.
  • Verify all food and beverage needs are met and take action steps with stadium concessionaire personnel to execute any/all requests.
  • Take action to improve any issue that may be present and contact the appropriate stadium personnel (DNC, MLS, Aramark, Jets) to execute whatever may be required.
  • Develop positive relationships with all suite level personnel: DNC, MLS Suite Services, Guest Services, Security, etc.
  • Support the NY Jets Suite Service team with any gift or marketing material distribution as needed to all suites.
  • Fulfill all service requests as needed by NY Jets Suite Service department each gameday – subject to change at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prospective candidate should have industry experience in sports and entertainment, fine-dining restaurant experience, and/or related premium customer service role.
  • Customer service or client relations experience in Sports, Entertainment and/or related field.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and superior interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment with great attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work all ten (10) NY Jets home games, including nights/weekends/holidays
  • Position is based in East Rutherford, NJ at MetLife Stadium. Some non-gameday project-based work may be requested in Florham Park, NJ. Candidate is required to provide own transportation.
  • School credit is not available for this position.
