Overview
The Intern โ Ticket Sales will provide support for the Ticket Sales department by assisting with various operational duties throughout the office as well as during game days. This position will provide exceptional customer service as well as maximizing ticket sales and ticket revenue opportunities. This Internship is in person at the ballpark beginning in November 2024 and will go through October 2025.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience in customer service, as well as the ability to organize and analyze data. Candidates with the ability to communicate effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds are preferred. Candidates must have a valid driverโs license and MBBC satisfactory driving record.

The Ticket Sales Internship will provide college students first-hand experience working in the sports field. Our Interns are responsible for both non-game day and game day duties that assist the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club in making American Family Field one of the top entertainment choices in the Midwest.
